How do I redeem my key?
The dashboard is currently in development. Open the Premium panel in our Discord server and activate Premium on your account there.
How do I buy a key?
Open the Pricing page, choose the plan you want, and complete checkout. Your key is delivered after payment is confirmed.
How do I use the script?
Install a supported executor, get the script through our Discord server, paste it into the executor, and run it while you are inside the supported game.
What executors work with Space Hub?
Check the Executors page for the current supported list. Compatibility can change when executors update, so use that page as the source of truth.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, Space Hub supports selected mobile executors. Performance and available features depend on the executor you use.
My key expired, what now?
The script stops working until you renew or buy a new key. Your account and settings stay saved, so activate a new key to continue.
Can I transfer my key to someone else?
No. After a key is redeemed, it is locked to that Discord account and cannot be transferred.
I lost my key, help?
Open a Discord ticket with proof of purchase and support will look it up.
Can I use one key on multiple accounts?
Yes. One key can be used with multiple accounts on the same device. The key is tied to the injector HWID, so using it on another device requires another key or a HWID reset.
Can I get a refund?
Read the Terms of Service for refund rules. If there is a payment or activation problem, open a ticket in Discord.
What TDS recorder types are available?
Recorder (Premium) records the full macro set, including place, upgrade, target, options, abilities, sell, vote skip, ready, equip, unequip, medic selection, comments, wave markers, and raw helper lines. Recorder Lite (Premium) records the core macro actions: place, upgrade, target, sell, comments, wave markers, and raw helper lines. The Free recorder records place and upgrade actions.
How do I use a recorded or downloaded TDS macro?
Get the base config from executor/workspace/Space-Hub/Games/TDS Macro/file.lua. Put the recorded or downloaded macro file into executor/autoexec and name it config.lua. Make sure every file is in the correct folder or the macro will not run properly.
Can TDS restart automatically after Triumph?
No. TDS does not allow automatic restart after Triumph. After a win, the available flow is to rejoin.
I lost my Discord account, what do I do?
Open a support ticket in the Discord server with your license key and proof of purchase. Support will review the request.
How do I contact support?
Join the Discord and open a support ticket. Include your key, Discord account, executor, and a short description of the issue.
Where do I find my ticket transcripts?
We do not store ticket transcripts anywhere, do not send ticket transcripts to users or channels, and ticket transcripts cannot be viewed after a ticket is closed.
How do I join the Discord?
Use the Discord button in the navigation bar or go directly to discord.spacehub.wtf.
How often does Space Hub get updated?
Updates ship regularly with fixes, game support, and feature improvements. Larger updates are announced in Discord.
What games does Space Hub support?
Space Hub supports 20+ games and keeps expanding. Check the Games page for the full current list.
What should I do if my executor has bugs?
Xeno, Solara, Velocity, Madium, and Real can have bugs with some scripts or features. If an issue looks executor-specific, try a different injector. Paid executors and mobile executors are usually more stable. Wave injector does not work with Premium.
How do I fix Delta being stuck on teleport or not rejoining?
Remove scripts from executor/autoexec, restart Roblox, open Delta Settings, turn off Verify Teleports, then rejoin the place. Verify Teleports must stay off for this fix to work.
