When you join our Discord, verify, or request support, we may process your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, server roles, and messages you choose to send to staff.

Verification flows may use bot checks, Discord permissions, and basic browser signals to confirm that requests are legitimate and to reduce spam, raids, and ban evasion.

For accounts and license access, we may store license status, order references, device or HWID signals from our license provider, login status, and security logs needed to protect access.

If you open a ticket or contact staff, we may keep the messages, attachments, timestamps, and staff notes needed to resolve the request and keep a record of support actions.

Payments are handled by third-party providers. We do not store full card or banking details. We may keep plan, amount, date, payment provider, and transaction reference for fulfillment and fraud prevention.

We use your data to deliver scripts, validate licenses, manage access roles, handle purchases, and run the features you request through Space Hub.

Verification and security logs help us detect account sharing, prevent unauthorized access, and protect our Discord and website from spam or abuse.

Support records help staff respond to requests, review claims, and understand previous account or ticket activity when a user needs help.

We may use aggregated or non-identifying signals to understand which areas of the service need fixes, better documentation, or improved reliability.

Space Hub Manager uses Discord permissions only inside servers where it is enabled. It may read server, channel, role, member, message, and interaction data needed to run configured bot features.

When you open or use a ticket, the bot may store ticket metadata, channel IDs, participants, claimed staff member, messages, attachments, timestamps, and close reason for support history and staff review. We do not store ticket transcripts anywhere, do not send ticket transcripts to users or channels, and ticket transcripts cannot be viewed after a ticket is closed.

The bot supports license and key workflows, including redeeming, looking up, transferring, freezing, extending, deleting, and resetting HWID records. These actions may connect your Discord user ID with license status, keys, order references, and HWID reset records.

The bot may process messages, member IDs, roles, warnings, mutes, bans, filtered words, anti-bot checks, suspicious activity logs, and moderation actions to protect the Discord server and enforce community rules.

The bot can manage access roles, notification roles, panels, announcements, polls, reactions, buyer panels, leaderboards, and message activity rewards. For these features, it may store interaction IDs, role selections, poll votes, message counts, and related channel or message references.

We share only what is necessary with providers that operate Space Hub, such as Discord, payment processors, license providers, hosting, analytics, and anti-abuse services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is used to operate, protect, and support Space Hub.

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect Space Hub, our users, staff, or the public from harm or abuse.

We keep data only as long as needed for service access, account history, support, fraud prevention, security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Data is stored with access controls and operational safeguards. Staff access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Security logs may be retained while useful for investigating abuse, account sharing, chargebacks, unauthorized access, or Discord moderation incidents.

You may request access to personal data we hold about you or ask for deletion by contacting us through Discord. Some records may remain if required for legal, billing, or anti-abuse reasons.

You can leave our Discord server, revoke app permissions where applicable, or ask staff to help unlink records that are no longer needed.

Space Hub is not directed at children under the minimum age required by Discord, Roblox, payment providers, or applicable law in your region.
