Terms of Service

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the product in any way is prohibited. This includes attempts to bypass security features, modify code, extract source code, or create unauthorized derivatives of our software. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree not to attempt to find or exploit loopholes in these terms of service or in the product's functionality. This includes attempting to exploit bugs, using the product in ways it was not intended, or trying to circumvent limitations of trial periods or license restrictions.

Scripts and related tools are provided for personal use only. You may use Space Hub for your own account only and may not resell, leak, mirror, redistribute, or claim Space Hub, LuaCore, files, keys, loaders, assets, or private materials as your own.

Products are provided as-is and may change over time. Space Hub is not responsible for harm, account action, loss, or other consequences caused by use or misuse of our products. We may change prices, features, loaders, whitelist systems, obfuscation systems, support, updates, products, or parts of the service at any time.

Discord and Space Hub community access require respectful conduct. Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. No spam, disruption, hate speech, harassment, NSFW content, doxxing, leaking private information, ban evasion, or attempts to bypass moderation. Staff decisions are final.

Anything you create using our services belongs to us.

By using our services (including but not limited to macro recorder, scripts, configuration tools, or any Space Hub software), you acknowledge and agree that any and all content, configurations, macros, scripts, recordings, automation sequences, or other data created by you through our services are exclusively owned by Space Hub. We may, at any time and without compensation, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any such creations as our own. You retain no ownership rights over anything you generate while using Space Hub products.

For security and anti-abuse purposes, we automatically log certain data when you access or use Space Hub. This includes your executor identifier ID, hardware ID (HWID), a hashed version of your IP address, approximate location data (country, city, region, and timezone), device information (browser, operating system, and platform), login method, and whether each login attempt was successful or failed. This information helps us detect account sharing, prevent unauthorized access, and keep your account secure.

Location data is obtained using your IP address through a third-party geolocation service. Only general information such as country, city, and timezone is stored, and IP addresses are hashed before saving. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Your browser, operating system, and device type are recorded from your user agent to help identify unusual or unauthorized login activity.

License keys are permanently tied to a single Discord account and cannot be transferred under any circumstances, including Discord account bans or changes.

Login logs and related security data are stored securely and automatically purged after a reasonable period to maintain performance and privacy. All logs are protected by encryption at rest and restricted access controls.

Roblox account data, HWID, IP address, Discord user ID, and related access records may be stored or logged for security, anti-abuse, fraud review, ban evasion detection, and support.

Customer information remains confidential and is not treated as public information. Premium, tester, staff, whitelist, and related databases are private and accessible only by authorized staff who need access to operate the service.

Your access to the product can be revoked at any time at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your license key. If you allow others to use your account, you will be held responsible for their actions.

If you do not agree to these terms of service, your only option is to stop using our product. Continuing to use the product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Buying Premium is considered a voluntary donation to support Space Hub. In return, you receive the right to use our service, premium features, or related access while that access remains active and permitted by administration. Payments are handled by third-party processors and may be denied for refund after digital access has been delivered or used.

You are responsible for your license key and linked Discord identity. Shared, sold, leaked, or abused keys may be reset or revoked without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By purchasing or using this product, you signify your agreement to these terms of service in their entirety.
